For consortium partners
A pipeline worth joining, and a clear way to work together
You are an EPC contractor, an operator, a developer, a lender’s origination team or a co-adviser with African delivery experience. You want to know what is in the pipeline, which roles are open, who leads, and how the economics and bid costs are shared before you commit resources.

Pipeline by sector and country, as of October 2026
Projects are described by shape rather than name; names and materials move under NDNC once we have confirmed fit. Refreshed quarterly.

Open to introductions
We consider projects across East and Southern Africa that a government can procure under a PPP or partnership framework and an international consortium can deliver.
How we work together
- NDNC first. Project names and materials are shared only after a non-disclosure, non-circumvention agreement.
- Roles and lead in writing. A memorandum of understanding sets who leads, who contributes what and on what terms, before bid work starts.
- Bid costs and economics agreed up front. The consortium agreement allocates work, risk, cost sharing and the economics of success.
- Know-your-counterparty on every member. We screen all partners against our AML, sanctions and anti-bribery policies, and expect the same of ourselves.
- Our remuneration is disclosed. Ephesus acts under written engagement letters; where we hold a co-sponsor interest we say so before you join.
- Licensed roles stay licensed. Financing, legal advice and fund management sit with the licensed members of the group.
