- No conflict you have not been told about. Where we hold a co-sponsor interest in a project we disclose it before engagement; our remuneration is in a written engagement letter.
- Licensed parties in their roles. Fund management, legal advice and lending sit with licensed professionals on each transaction. We hold no funds and sell no securities.

Information pack
