By Editorial Team, Ephesus Investments and Assets Ltd
Ephesus Investments and Assets Ltd has restated what it does, for whom, and how a counterparty can verify it. The website sets out three services, one framework and a governance layer built for the integrity reviews that sovereign funds, development finance institutions and ministries run before a first meeting.
Three services, one framework
Ephesus connects sovereign, institutional and private capital from the United States, the Gulf and Europe with infrastructure, urban-development and energy projects in Africa. Its work falls under three headings: connecting capital with projects, structuring public-private partnerships and building delivery consortia. Every mandate runs through the four-stage Investment Acceleration Framework, with a defined output at each stage.
Governance published
Seven documents are now available for download on the Governance and integrity page: a code of conduct; anti-bribery and corruption, AML/KYC and sanctions-screening, conflicts-of-interest and whistleblowing policies; an ESG and environmental-and-social commitment; and a statement on the availability of beneficial-ownership extracts, PEP declarations and audit rights to counterparties.
Regulatory status, stated plainly
Ephesus is a project-development, PPP advisory and investment-facilitation firm. It does not act as an investment adviser, fund manager, broker-dealer or placement agent. That statement now appears in the footer of every page and in the legal notice.
Next
An advisory board spanning East Africa, the Gulf and Europe is being appointed and will be published as each appointment is confirmed. A company information pack is available to institutional counterparties on request through the investor enquiries form.
